Silk Screened glass has a durable glass frit applied to the #2 surface by silk screening which may be applied in full surface in any number of printed patterns or in uniform colors for Spandrel applications. The silk screened glass is heated prior to either tempering or heatstrengthening. the heating process causes the ceramic frit to fuse with the glass thereby creating a permanent colored cover.
